Returns and refund policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7-15 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition and packaging

Refunds

  1. Contact our customer service via care.enerz@gmail.com within the return window
  2. Provide order number and reason for refund
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship items back using provided return label
  5. Refund credited within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items

Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • PhonePe transactions: Refunds typically take 3-10 business days to reflect in your account
  • Bank transfers may take additional time
  • Wallet refunds are usually credited instantly

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • Free shipping promotions: applicable shipping costs will be deducted from refund

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report damaged/defective items within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged product
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided
  • We cover return shipping costs for our errors

Credit Timelines

  • Refund requests reviewed within 24-48 hours
  • Approved refunds credited within 5-7 business days
  • PhonePe refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account
  • Bank refunds may take up to 10 business days
