Warranty Coverage
- Products are covered under warranty as per the duration mentioned on the purchase invoice.
- If a product fails within the Guarantee Period, the customer is entitled to free replacement of thebattery.
- If the product fails within the Warranty Period (after the Guarantee Period), the customer will beprovided a percentage off on MRP based on the category, model, and age of the battery.
After Reviewing the Evidence
- If the issue is genuine, ENERZ will request a local electrician/technician (arranged by the customer) tovisit and provide readings/evidence using a voltage meter and gravity meter. • ENERZ will pay the technician’s visit charges only if the claim is found valid.
- If no local electrician is available, ENERZ may arrange pickup of the battery for inspection at ourfactory.
Technician Visit & Company Inspection
- ENERZ does not send technicians directly without first receiving evidence from a local technician.
- If the submitted evidence is misleading or incomplete, ENERZ reserves the right to decline sending itsown technician.
- If the product is returned for inspection and the claim is found invalid, the customer will bear two-waycourier charges.
Timelines & Deadlines
- All evidence must be provided within the deadline given by ENERZ (verbally or in writing).
- No extensions will be granted beyond the given deadline.
- If the customer does not provide the required evidence within 72 hours of the company’s request(even if no specific deadline has been provided), the case will be automatically closed.
- If ENERZ gives a fixed number of days for evidence submission, that fixed deadline will apply insteadof the 72-hour rule.
- Once a case is closed, it cannot be reopened under any circumstances.
Evidence Requirements
- Clear, unedited photos and videos of the product showing the issue.
- Technical readings (voltage, gravity, load test) taken in front of the camera.
- Proof from the technician/electrician that they inspected the battery.
Exclusions (Warranty Will Not Apply If)
- The battery is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, overcharging, not ventilated properly, reversepolarity, or deep discharge.
- The serial number or warranty sticker is tampered with or removed.
- Damage is caused by fire, water, physical impact, or installation faults.
- No evidence is provided within the required time frame.
- Any false or misleading evidence is submitted.
Final Decision Authority
- ENERZ reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office.
